Since the issue arose I haven't been able to get it to work on either. I've gotten it to work with both USB 2 & 3 in the past but, 2.0 has always been more reliable so, that's the one I use. I even tried a different guitar, and both guitars work with an amp. I've checked volume knobs and all that stuff. The cable is detected but, there's no sound from the guitar. Suddenly a couple of days ago, I encountered this problem, and haven't been able to get it to work since. I've been using Rocksmith for a month or so with few issues.
